The role
Duncan Cotterill is seeking an IP / Trade Mark Lawyer with 5+ years of PQE to join their globally ranked IP team in NZ. This role will focus on trade mark prosecution and disputes, copyright and design matters, Plant Variety Rights, and consumer and marketing law.

- Handle trade mark prosecution and disputes
- Work on copyright and design matters
- Engage with Plant Variety Rights
- Advise on consumer and marketing law
