Regulatory (Prosecution) Senior Paralegal

The role

Kingsley Napley is seeking a Senior Paralegal with a focus on Regulatory (Prosecution) law. This role is based in London and will involve supporting the firm's Regulatory practice.

What you'll do

• Investigate cases on behalf of Regulatory clients
• Prepare cases for Fitness to Practise/Disciplinary hearings
• Manage cases including consideration of papers received on instruction
• Liaise and speak with witnesses to take statements
• Draft witness statements
• Draft instructions to experts
• Obtain documentary evidence
• Attend conferences with Counsel and experts
• Liaise with witnesses and clients
• Prepare bundles for hearings
• Oversee tasks from Case Support Paralegals
• Perform administrative tasks
• Manage documents
• Use internal electronic systems to progress cases
• Provide update reports to clients
