Regulatory (Defence) Senior Paralegal

The role

Kingsley Napley is seeking a Regulatory (Defence) Senior Paralegal for their London office. This role supports the Regulatory practice group, focusing on assisting fee earners in managing and progressing defence cases for regulatory clients.

What you'll do

• Review and consider papers received upon instruction
• Identify key issues and relevant information to assist fee earners in case conduct
• Liaise directly with clients, taking instructions and maintaining clear and effective communication
• Draft witness statements, legal documents, summaries and other case-related documentation
• Obtain and manage documentary evidence in support of cases
• Attend client meetings and other case-related appointments
• Prepare hearing bundles
• Ensure all documentation is compiled accurately and in a timely manner
• Support fee earners in marketing initiatives, including assistance with blogs/articles and project management
• Oversee and supervise tasks delegated to administrators and case support paralegals
• Manage various administrative tasks and document management responsibilities
• Utilise internal electronic case management systems to progress matters efficiently
