The role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius is seeking a Junior Associate with 1-2 years of experience in M&A to join their Boston office. The role will focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and venture finance.
What we're looking for

Experience in mergers and acquisitions
Experience in private equity investments
Experience in general corporate governance matters
Experience in venture finance transactions
Active Massachusetts bar membership required
Experience relevant to advising publicly traded companies with respect to federal securities laws· nice to have
Experience with public and private securities offerings· nice to have
Experience with stock exchange listings and compliance· nice to have
