The role
Cozen O'Connor is seeking a Family Law Associate with 5-7 years of PQE to join their Vancouver office. This role focuses on high-net-worth family law matters, including agreements and property division, supporting the firm's Family Services practice group.
What you'll do
- Manage complex client matters
- Mentor junior lawyers
- Coordinate with external advisors
- Play an active role in strengthening and expanding client relationships
What we're looking for
5-7 years of experience
Experience working with high-net-worth families and individuals on issues relating to family life
Experience with cohabitation agreements, marriage agreements, surrogacy agreements, separation agreements, division of property and debt and negotiated settlements
Strong judgment
Exceptional communication skills
Members in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
Experience with litigation· nice to have
