The role
Witten LLP is seeking a Solicitor Associate with 4+ years of PQE to join their Real Estate practice in Edmonton, Canada. The role focuses on a broad range of real estate transactions.
What you'll do
- Work on a broad range of transactions including the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of various real estate projects, including commercial, industrial, retail, and condominium buildings
What we're looking for
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Ability to execute and advise on corporate/commercial transactions as well as transactions in respect of commercial real estate and property development
A member in good standing with current, active membership with a Canadian Law Society, preferably Alberta
Ability to exercise sound judgment
Ability to manage conflicting priorities
