Associate - Finance Litigation at TLT

The role

TLT is seeking a Finance Litigation Associate with 1 year PQE+ to join their Financial Services Disputes team in Bristol. This role is for a qualified solicitor looking to advise key financial services clients on a varied contentious caseload and provide strategic legal advice.

What you'll do

Run a varied contentious caseload for our key financial services clients
Provide strategic and commercial legal advice across a range of disputes and claims, working closely alongside senior members of the team
Participate in business development activities with clients and potential clients, nurturing existing relationships and building on new ones
Collaborate with colleagues across our office locations nationwide

What we're looking for

Qualified Solicitor 1-3 year's PQE

Experience in financial disputes, insurance, property or commercial litigation

Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills

Self-motivation with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines

Commercial awareness

Ability to understand client business needs

Ambitious and enthusiastic team player

Experience in business development· nice to have
