The role
Anderson Lloyd is seeking a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 4+ years of M&A experience for their Christchurch office. This role offers exposure to a full range of corporate and commercial work, including M&A, banking and finance, capital raisings, and corporate structuring, while working with partners Josh Williams, David Goodman, and Ben Johnston.
What you'll do
- Gain exposure to our full range of corporate and commercial work, including M&A and banking and finance transactions, capital raisings, corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, corporate advisory, company law and commercial contracting
- Work directly with a diverse client base
- Build close relationships with the firm's wider Corporate Commercial Teams
What we're looking for
4+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial or finance law
Confidence working independently
Ability to engage directly with clients
Exceptional levels of self-awareness and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills
Enjoyment of mentoring and teaching others
