The role
Anderson Lloyd is seeking an intermediate to senior Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer with 3+ years of PQE to join their Auckland team. This role will focus on domestic and international transactions within the energy and infrastructure sectors, working closely with partners Anton Trixl, Lauren Whitehead, and Steve O'Dea.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Provide general project delivery advice
- Interpret contracts
- Investigate issues that have arisen on projects
- Work closely with clients on solutions, strategies, and conflict resolution
What we're looking for
3+ years of practical experience in commercial contracts, infrastructure, energy or construction
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Ability to think practically about the requirements of each project
Highly responsive, organised, and able to manage a wide variety of tasks
Dispute resolution experience· nice to have
