The role
Simpson Grierson is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor/Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE to join their Corporate/Commercial M&A practice in Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch. This role involves working on significant, high-quality domestic and international corporate, infrastructure, and energy transactions, closely with partner Catherine Shipton.
