The role
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Corporate Advisory Lawyer (M&A) with 4+ years of PQE to join their Sydney team. This role focuses on high-profile and market-leading private and public M&A transactions.
What you'll do
- Work with some of Australia’s top M&A partners on high-profile and market-leading private and public transactions
- Learn and develop both legal and non-legal skills
- Develop strong relationships with clients
What we're looking for
At least 4+ years experience in an M&A or Corporate Advisory practice
Ambition to work on challenging matters at the top of the market
