The role
Cooney Lees Morgan is seeking an Associate for its Corporate & Commercial practice group in Tauranga, New Zealand. This role is ideal for a lawyer with M&A experience who can advise on various commercial matters and transactions.
What you'll do
- Advise on business structures, financing arrangements, company law issues and general commercial matters
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts
- Assist with all forms of business and share sales, due diligence, and other transaction work
- Work collaboratively with the Partners and senior staff as well as working independently when required
- Assist and mentor junior staff when required
What we're looking for
