The role
Anderson Lloyd is seeking a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE for their Dunedin office. This role focuses on M&A and a broad range of corporate matters, offering the opportunity to work closely with partners Anne McLeod and Sarah Simmers.
What you'll do
- Gain exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, commercial contracts, private equity, venture capital and corporate advisory work
- Work closely with clients and colleagues
