The role
Anderson Lloyd is seeking a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 4+ years of PQE to join their Dunedin office. This role will focus on M&A and other corporate commercial matters, working alongside experienced partners and a diverse client base.
What you'll do
- Work on premium corporate and commercial matters, including capital raising, M&A, private equity, venture capital, and corporate advisory
- Work directly with a diverse client base
- Build close relationships with the firm's wider Corporate Commercial Teams
What we're looking for
4+ years PQE in Corporate Commercial law
Strong technical skills
Confidence to engage with clients
Ambitious and proactive
Exceptional levels of self-awareness
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build strong, influential relationships based on trust
Highly responsive, organised, and able to manage a wide variety of tasks
