The role
Anderson Lloyd is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 6+ years of PQE to join their M&A team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role offers the chance to advise sophisticated domestic and international clients on complex, high-value mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate and commercial matters.
What you'll do
- Advise sophisticated domestic & international clients
- Work on sophisticated domestic and international corporate transactions
- Work on complex and high-value mergers and acquisitions
- Gain exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
- Build strong client relationships
- Mentor junior members of the team
What we're looking for
6+ years of experience
Excellent transaction experience
Ability to engage confidently with clients
Exceptional levels of self-awareness
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build strong, influential relationships based on trust
Highly responsive
Organised
Able to manage a wide variety of tasks
