The role
Bell Gully is seeking an intermediate lawyer with 3-6 years of PQE to join their market-leading M&A practice group in Auckland, New Zealand. This role involves advising on a full range of corporate transactions for a diverse group of domestic and international clients.
What you'll do
- Advise on a full range of corporate transactions and advisory matters, including private and public M&A, capital raisings, corporate restructurings and joint ventures
- Work for a diverse group of domestic and international clients
What we're looking for
3-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Experience with M&A and other corporate transactions
Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet tight deadlines
Strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen and client service skills
Admitted (or eligible for admission) as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand
