The role
Anthony Harper is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of PQE to join their Auckland team. This role focuses on M&A, private equity, commercial contracts, and shareholder agreements, providing commercially astute legal advice to a diverse client base.
What you'll do
- Advise on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions
- Advise on private equity transactions
- Advise on complex commercial contracts
- Advise on shareholder/joint venture arrangements
- Contribute to complex client solutions
- Manage your own workstreams with increasing autonomy
- Build strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development initiatives
What we're looking for
Admitted to practise in New Zealand
At least three years of post qualification experience within a corporate or commercial legal team
Strong drafting skills

Ability to deliver high quality work that meets client expectations
Commercially pragmatic approach to legal advice
