The role
Chapman Tripp is seeking a corporate and commercial lawyer with 3+ years of PQE to join their specialist energy team in Auckland. This role will focus on advising on major energy projects, commercial contracts, M&A, and regulatory matters within New Zealand's evolving energy sector.

What we're looking for
3+ years PQE in a corporate legal role
Minimum Bachelor of Law, or equivalent, with a strong LLB transcript
Commercially astute and client focused
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Interest in the energy sector
Large law firm experience working on complex transactions· nice to have
