The role
Chapman Tripp is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Finance Solicitor with 4+ years of PQE to join their Auckland team. The role focuses on a variety of financial markets transactions including bond issuances, structured finance, and financial regulation.

- Work on a range of innovative and market-leading financial markets transactions
- Advise on sustainable finance
- Advise on bonds
- Advise on securitisations
- Advise on regulatory capital
- Advise on derivatives
