The role
Mason Hayes & Curran is seeking an Associate with 0-3 years PQE to join its Aviation and Asset Finance team in Dublin. This role focuses on advising a market-leading team on aviation financing transactions, including cross-border structuring and regulation.
What you'll do
- Advise on aviation financing transactions
- Advise on cross-border structuring and regulation
- Advise on alternative funding and joint ventures
- Advise on contentious issues such as bankruptcy and insolvency
What we're looking for
0-3 years PQE
Interest in asset finance and aviation regulation / banking and capital markets / corporate law
Excellent academic credentials
Superior written and oral communication skills
Strong IT skills
