The role
Russell McVeagh is seeking a Senior Solicitor/Senior Associate for their Corporate Advisory team in Wellington, New Zealand. This role is ideal for a lawyer with over 3 years of M&A experience looking to engage in broad corporate and commercial advisory work.

- Undertake commercial contract drafting and procurement
