Lawyer - Health and Aged Care at Thomsons

The role

Thomsons is seeking a Lawyer with 1-3 years of experience to join their Health and Aged Care practice group in Brisbane. This role involves working directly with partners specialising in the health, aged care, and retirement living industries, focusing on corporate advisory, transactions, or disputes for clients in highly regulated sectors.

What we're looking for

1-3 years PAE

Experience providing advice for clients in highly regulated industries

Genuine interest in the health, aged care and retirement living sectors

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work directly with clients

Demonstrate initiative and proactivity, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of the team

Demonstrate strong attention to detail, a client service orientation and an enthusiastic approach to your work

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Proficiency using FileSite or a similar document management system

Experience in corporate advisory, transactions or disputes, preferably for clients in highly regulated sectors· nice to have
