The role
Gadens is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate with 4-8 years of PQE to join their Brisbane-based Real Estate team. This role will focus on managing and advising on a wide variety of property transactions, supporting Partner Andrew Mackenzie.
What you'll do
- Manage and advise on a wide variety of property transactions
- Work both independently and as part of a team, with direct client contact
- Mentor junior lawyers and support staff
What we're looking for
4-8 years post-admission experience gained within a mid-tier or top-tier law firm
Strong background in transactional property matters and leasing
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal)
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to be curious about the industries and markets within which our clients operate and develop knowledge quickly
Demonstrated skillset to manage timeframes and proactively manage priorities as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced working environment
