Tax Associate at Maples Group

The role

Maples Group is seeking a Tax Associate for their Dublin office. This role is for individuals with 1-5 years of experience in tax advisory, ideal for those looking to advance their careers within a leading Tier 1 Irish Tax Group that advises global clients.

What you'll do

Provide market leading tax advice on a diverse range of matters including corporate tax, financial transactions, VAT and tax disputes
Advise on international transactions involving public companies, international banks and investment institutions
Advise innovative Irish companies and high net worth individuals
Collaborate with Maples tax professionals based in Ireland and Europe on international tax structures and developments
Assist on multidisciplinary teams drawn from the Maples Group locations across the globe
Actively participate in regular knowhow, knowledge sharing and practice development meetings
Assist in the development of Irish, EU and international tax through consultations with industry bodies and policymakers

What we're looking for

One to five years' post qualification experience

Experience as a tax adviser from a leading firm in Ireland or the UK

Outstanding academics

Excellent drafting skills

The ability to work as part of a team

An active part in sharing knowledge
