Asset Finance Associate

The role

Maples Group is seeking an Asset Finance Associate with 1-5 years of PQE to join their Dublin-based finance practice. This role offers the opportunity to advise on a broad range of asset finance matters and manage transactions from inception to completion.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on Irish legal aspects across a broad range of asset finance matters
• Manage transactions end-to-end efficiently and effectively
• Review transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective across a wide range of structures and jurisdictions
• Prepare and negotiate Irish security documentation (share charge, account charge, mortgage)
• Engage in business development activities, being active in the promotion of the firm and seeking opportunities for new work and cross-selling
• Work as part of a team, including supervising junior lawyers’ work and taking an active part in sharing knowledge and experience within the team
