Associate - Banking

The role

Shakespeare Martineau is seeking a Banking Associate with 4-7 years of PQE to join its Finance practice in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The role involves advising on a range of banking transactions, supporting senior lawyers, and building client relationships within the Banking and Finance team.

What you'll do

• Provide assistance on all aspects of banking, including banking transactions and document production
• Assist on large complex deals with appropriate supervision
• Build up your own caseload of straightforward matters
• Carry out post-completion administration
• Attend and be involved in business development and marketing events
• Develop relationships with clients
