The role
Clayton Utz is seeking a Lawyer/Senior Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their Banking & Finance team in Sydney. This role focuses on high-impact financing transactions and offers exposure to diverse clients and cross-practice collaboration.
What you'll do
- Work closely with partner Kathy Santikos on high-impact financing transactions
- Handle social impact loans, lending for social and affordable housing/build-to-rent, corporate and real estate finance, Defence-related work, and complex structured deals
- Gain direct access to both lender and borrower work across a diverse domestic and international client base
- Collaborate across practice areas including Corporate, Real Estate, Tax and Environment and Sustainable Development
