The role

Gadens is seeking a Senior Associate with 6-8 years of PQE in technology and media law to join their Melbourne office. This role focuses on providing advice and handling disputes and litigation within the IP and Technology practice groups, including areas like online intermediary liability and intellectual property infringement.

What you'll do

• Provide advice and handle disputes and litigation on a range of technology and media matters, including online intermediary liability, jurisdiction, defamation, competition and consumer law, intellectual property infringement, advertising and elections
• Be actively involved in business development
• Manage clients
• Mentor junior staff
• Provide legal advice
