Senior Associate - Employment

The role

This is a Senior Associate role in Employment law at Mills & Reeve in Leeds. The position is for an ambitious and enthusiastic employment solicitor who will play a key role in supporting clients, developing junior colleagues, and contributing to the practice's success.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients
• Help drive client retention and referrals
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' legal, commercial and strategic objectives
• Provide a responsive, pragmatic and high-quality service that consistently exceeds expectations
• Apply strong technical expertise and up-to-date employment law knowledge across a broad range of matters
• Deliver commercially focused, practical advice that helps clients achieve their objectives
• Manage Employment Tribunal litigation with confidence and professionalism
• Design and deliver engaging training and thought leadership sessions for clients and prospective clients
