The role
Sidley Austin is seeking a Life Sciences Transactions Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Technology & Life Sciences practice in Dallas. This role will focus on life sciences partnering, licensing, and commercial agreements, as well as IP transaction support for M&A and capital markets.

Admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the Texas bar
An undergraduate or graduate science degree· nice to have
