The role
Sidley Austin is seeking a Life Sciences Transactions Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Technology & Life Sciences practice in Boston. The role focuses on a range of life sciences transactional matters, including agreements and IP transaction support.

Admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the Massachusetts bar
An undergraduate or graduate science degree· nice to have
