The role
Sidley Austin is seeking an Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Technology & Life Sciences practice in San Diego. The role will focus on life sciences transactions, including partnering, collaboration, licensing, and commercial agreements, as well as IP transaction support for M&A and capital markets.
