The role
William Fry is seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer in their Real Estate practice group in Dublin, Ireland. This role requires 3-7 years of PQE and focuses on managing complex commercial real estate transactions.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end commercial real estate transactions including high value acquisitions, disposals and financings
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, leases, and ancillary legal documentation
- Advise clients on strategic property matters, including regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
- Lead due diligence processes
- Develop and nurture client relationships
- Stay abreast of market trends and legislative changes
- Contribute to business development initiatives
- Mentor and support junior team members
What we're looking for
3 to 7 years of post qualification experience
Strong academic background
Strong technical and drafting skills
