Competition Associate

The role

RPC is seeking a Competition Associate with 3-5 years of PQE to join its market-leading Disputes team in London. This role focuses on competition litigation, advising on a range of standalone, follow-on, and collective actions before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and High Court, with opportunities in commercial and banking disputes.

What you'll do

• Support on a broad range of competition litigation matters
• Bring and defend standalone and follow-on damages actions
• Act in collective proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and in the High Court
• Handle high-profile, often cross-border disputes
• Manage the client experience
• Develop trusted relationships with clients
• Engage in business development to grow their network and the practice
• Develop new case ideas with the team and economists and counsel
• Develop junior team members and support their ambitions
