The role
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a Mid-Level Associate for its Antitrust and Competition practice group in Washington D.C., New York, or San Francisco. The role requires 3+ years of experience and will focus on supporting both litigation and merger clearance aspects of the practice.

What we're looking for
At least 3 years of experience
Law firm experience, government experience, or clerkship experience
Ability to support litigation and merger clearance aspects of the practice
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
Antitrust experience (particularly with second request investigations)· nice to have
