The role
Cooley is seeking a Business Litigation (Tech Reg Associate) with 2-5 years of PQE to join their London office. This role will focus on complex litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations related to content moderation, platform regulation, and AI matters within the technology sector.
What you'll do
- Advise on content moderation, platform regulation and AI investigations and disputes
- Help clients navigate risks associated with new technology, digital assets, and emerging digital regulations including EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act, UK Online Safety Act
- Advise clients on their engagement with international regulators and policymakers
What we're looking for

High level of academic achievement

Impeccable analytical and writing skills
UK, EU or foreign qualified lawyer (2-5PQE)
