Simmons Adaptive – Interim Derivatives and Structured Product Lawyer at Simmons & Simmons

The role

Simmons & Simmons Adaptive is seeking an Interim Derivatives and Structured Product Lawyer with 4-5 years of PQE for their Finance practice in Singapore. This role will focus on providing legal expertise and support for derivatives and structured products transactions.

What you'll do

Provide legal support and advice on derivatives and structured products transactions
Draft and review legal documents, ensuring the production of high-quality first drafts
Assess capacity and authority considerations in transactions to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective transaction execution
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting derivatives and structured products

What we're looking for

4 to 5 years PQE with derivatives and structured products expertise

Proven ability to produce high-quality first drafts of legal documents

Understanding of capacity and authority considerations in transactions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
