Banking and Finance Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright

The role

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Banking and Finance Associate with 2+ years of PQE to join their Singapore office. This role is for a junior-to-mid level lawyer who will work on a variety of domestic and cross-border finance transactions within the firm's global Banking team.

What you'll do

Manage banking and finance matters with appropriate supervision
Develop strategies for financial transactions
Understand the commercial aspects of financial transactions
Provide practical, business-oriented advice to international clients

What we're looking for

2+ years UK equivalent PQE

Qualified in Singapore, England & Wales or their equivalent in a common law jurisdiction

Prior experience in banking and finance is mandatory

Excellent legal and drafting skills

Excellent case management and organization skills

Excellent written and communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure

Strong academic background

Familiar with general and structured banking and all other aspects of structured lending

Demonstrates strong ownership and initiative

Collaborative team player
