The role
Paul Hastings is seeking a NY Real Estate Finance Associate with 4-6 years of PQE to join their finance practice in New York. This role is for mid-level associates with experience in commercial real estate finance transactions, particularly representing lenders.
What you'll do
- Work on deal teams with early responsibility
- Gain client facing time
- Work on main transactional documents including drafting joint venture agreements and loan agreements
What we're looking for
4-6 years of relevant law firm experience
Experience representing lenders on mortgage and subordinate commercial real estate loans

Excellent academic credentials
Admitted to the New York Bar
