The role

Lewis Silkin is seeking a Senior Associate with 6+ years of PQE to join their Employment practice in Hong Kong. This role focuses exclusively on non-contentious employment advisory work, involving client relationship management and supervision of junior staff.

What you'll do

Assist Managing Associates and Partners
Run own matters under supervision
Work with and supervise more Junior Associates and Trainees / Paralegals
Engage in non-contentious employment advisory work
Manage client relationships
Proactively suggest ideas for collaborating on business development and other activities

What we're looking for

6+ years of post qualification experience

Hong Kong qualified

Comprehensive Hong Kong employment law knowledge

Strong analytical ability

Clear communication style (both spoken and written)

Prior experience handling employment matters across the APAC region

Commercial approach to client service

Comfortable doing business development

Team player

Fluent in English and Chinese (verbal, reading and writing)

Training and development in a well-respected employment team· nice to have
