Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer with at least 5 to 7 years of PQE

Solid experience in HKIPO work

Solid experience in capital markets transactions

Solid experience in private equity deals

Solid experience in listed company compliance work

Strong English and Chinese drafting skills

Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
