The role
Jones Day is seeking a Financial Markets Associate with 1-5 years of PQE to join their Hong Kong office. This role focuses on capital markets transactions, private equity deals, and listed company compliance within the Financial Markets practice group.
What we're looking for
Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer with at least 1 to 5 years of PQE
Solid experience in HKIPO work
Solid experience in capital markets transactions
Solid experience in private equity deals
Solid experience in listed company compliance work
Strong English and Chinese drafting skills are essential
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Commitment to high-quality work
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work as a team player
Capability to work independently in a fast-paced and driven environment
