The role
Baker McKenzie is seeking a Counsel in their Hong Kong office for the Securities practice group. This role is ideal for a lawyer with experience in HK IPOs and Listing Rules compliance, who possesses strong analytical and communication skills and is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Human qualities, open-minded and dynamic
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
LL.B degree from a prestigious law school
Legal qualification to practice in China, HK, US, UK, Australia or Singapore
Experience with public M&A preferred· nice to have
LL.M or J.D degree is preferred· nice to have
