The role

Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking an ambitious Banking Lawyer with 3-6 years of PQE to join their Finance practice in London. This role offers the opportunity to accelerate your career by working on high-calibre domestic and international financing transactions with meaningful client exposure.

What you'll do

Advise on financing transactions from inception to completion
Take ownership of day-to-day transaction management and client delivery
Work directly with clients and develop long-term relationships
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas and sectors
Supervise and support junior lawyers where appropriate
Contribute to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice

What we're looking for

3-6 years' post-qualification experience as a solicitor qualified in England & Wales or Scotland

Strong experience in banking and finance transactions gained in private practice or an equivalent in-house environment

Excellent technical drafting and analytical skills

The ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive and collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues

Commercial awareness and sound judgement

Experience in real estate finance· nice to have

Experience in corporate lending· nice to have

Experience in refinancings and restructurings· nice to have
