The role
Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior M&A / Private Equity Lawyer with 5-7 years of experience for their Dubai office. This role is for an experienced lawyer to handle a variety of public and private M&A, and PE transactions across the Middle East.
What you'll do
- Handle a variety of work, including public and private M&A, and PE transactions across the Middle East
- Take responsibility for and manage transactions
- Work closely with clients and other lawyers
- Mentor junior associates
What we're looking for
5-7 years post-qualified M&A and private equity experience
Proven track record of acting or leading on M&A and Private Equity transactions
Previous experience working in a top tier international law firm
First class legal ability
Practical commercial approach
Excellent drafting skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional results throughout academic history
Fluency in Arabic language· nice to have
