The role
Kirkland & Ellis LLP is seeking a Corporate M&A/Private Equity Attorney with 3-4 years of experience for its Washington D.C. office. This role will focus on advising sophisticated clients in the digital infrastructure, telecommunications, media, and technology sectors on a broad range of strategic and transactional matters.
