The role
King & Wood is seeking an ECM Associate with 1+ years of PQE to join its Securities practice group in Hong Kong. This role is for lawyers with strong experience in Initial Public Offerings and who can provide commercially astute advice.

Strong experience in Initial Public Offerings
Excellent analytical and communication skills
An ability to produce commercially astute advice
Hong Kong IPO experience would be desired· nice to have
Native in Mandarin would be an advantage· nice to have
