The role
King & Wood is seeking a Debt Capital Markets Associate with 2+ years of PQE in Hong Kong. This role is within the Finance and Securities practice areas, focusing on debt capital markets transactions.

- Work effectively with partners, seniors and juniors in the team
What we're looking for
2+ years PQE
Strong previous DCM experience
Qualified in a common law jurisdiction
Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
Ability to work with a degree of autonomy or as part of a team
Ability to assist partners and seniors to manage client relationships
Ability to work effectively with partners, seniors and juniors in the team
Fluent English and Mandarin language skills
Experience preferably gained within an international law firm· nice to have
