The role
King & Wood is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate with 3+ years of experience in US Securities law to join their Securities practice in Hong Kong. The role will focus on US Capital Markets transactions and Hong Kong IPOs (US side).
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in US securities law and HK IPOs (US side) gained within a reputable international law firm
U.S. State Bar qualification
LLM or JD from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic performance or LLB from a top tier law school
Solid prospectus drafting
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills with a high level of commercial awareness
Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and client management skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent command of both Mandarin and English (spoken, reading and writing)
