The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking an Antitrust Senior Associate – Litigation with 7+ years of experience to join their practice in New York, San Francisco, or Washington D.C. This role focuses on complex antitrust litigation and investigations, particularly within the technology and life sciences sectors.
What you'll do
- Assume significant responsibilities in civil antitrust litigation and investigations
- Work on mergers and other antitrust agency investigations as needed
What we're looking for
7 or more years of firm or government agency experience
Superior academic credentials
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required
Experience in the tech sector preferred· nice to have
Experience in the life sciences sector preferred· nice to have
Non-antitrust government investigations experience appreciated· nice to have
Clerkship/judicial internship experience appreciated· nice to have
Benefits
Salary range of $260,000 – $390,000
